I am currently pursuing my master degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). As the final fulfillment of my MBA course requirement, I am required to conduct business research entitled "TOURIST'S SATISFACTION OF 5-STAR HOTELS IN KOTA KINABALU".
