1. Thank you for submitted content for HopeNotes, our weekly ezine. It's because of submission such as yours we are able to put out such a great ezine week after week!

Only your first name, email, and illness is required. If you provide the other information we will

(1) Put you on our mailing list and make sure you get a sample copy of HopeKeepers Magazine the next time we go to print if you've not received it before.

(2) If you want your name/illness listed with your submission, we will include it. You can let us know your preference below.

--> "My Story" is a longer piece. The beginning of it will be in the ezine with a link to the remainder of it on the web site
--> "My Testimony" is a 1-2 sentence comment about how Rest Ministries has encouraged you.

4. If you have submitted content for "My Story" please provide a 2-3 sentence bio about yourself for us to include with your story. If you wish to have your email or web site listed for people to be able to contact you, be sure to include it too.
