The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is revising its federal Race to the Top proposal for submission in Phase 2 of the competition. We are seeking feedback from stakeholders throughout the Commonwealth on which proposed projects and activities will do the most to help your communities improve educational opportunities for all students. We will use the results of this survey to guide our proposal development over the next two months.
