Thanks for taking a few minutes to help out Into Flight! We really appreciate your thoughtful opinions and feedback at this critical time in our development.

1. First off, are you a pilot or non-pilot?

	No, I've never really flown
	Yes, I'm a student pilot
	Yes, I've got my license, but I don't fly very often
	Yes, I've got my license and fly pretty regularly
	Yes, and some advanced certifications (commercial, CFI, etc)

2. What was your first thought about the functionality of IntoFlight when you arrived? Was it easy to understand? Do you think it might be useful for you? (please select only one box)

	It seemed really helpful - I'll definitely be back	This is a nice destination for pilots - I'll probably swing by a few times	Not bad, but I personally don't see it very helpful for me	What is this useless site?

I had to read some of the guides, but I understand it now
I sort of get it, but I'm still a little unclear

3. How about the overall design & layout? Was it easy to understand? Do you like/dislike it?

	It's quite cool	It's not bad	Hmm, I'm not a fan at all
I could see where everything was right away - very clear
It takes a minute or two, but I got it
I'm still sort of lost
