The Rehabilitation Research Design and Disability Center (R2D2) of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is developing a website to gather and provide information in the form of consumer feedback for different assistive technologies. Your help in using and evaluating the Got-it? website is appreciated so that we can improve the overall access and use of the Got-it? website. We ask that you provide feedback to the best of your knowledge. We thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey. Your opinions are very valuable to us for improving the Got-it? website.
By completing this survey you are stating that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have used the Internet before. You give us permission to use the data you enter into the Got-it? website and the subsequent survey (found below) for our research and improvement efforts. This site is considered public space, thus the electronic records may therefore be subject to open records requests. There is no completely secure interaction online, however you will not share any personal identifying information with us during the study, so no data are linked to your identity. As an online participant in this research, there is always the risk of intrusion by outside agents, i.e., hacking, and therefore the possibility of being identified.
As a participant in this research study, we ask you to use the Got-it? website to enter and retrieve information about bathroom safety products. Once you are done using the website, we ask that you please complete a survey to document your opinions about the Got-it? website. It is important to answer all of the questions to the best of your ability.
