The following two images have no template hook name. This is the default display method.

The following two images have the Template Hook Name: SideBySide
This is case sensitive and an exact match to the CSS added to Look & Feel:

.SideBySide, .SideBySide div { display: inline; }

The following images have captions. With captions, make sure that you check the SOURCE button on the toolbar and ensure that there are no <br /> tags present.
If there is one present, please delete it and replace it with a space, click ok, and save changes.
