We are planning a complete redesign of our website, www.youranswerplace.org. Your responses will help us evaluate and improve our site.

The survey will ask you some simple questions about:

• How you use our library’s website
• What you think of the navigation and design of the site
• What we can do to improve our site.

Your name and e-mail address are optional. However, in order to be eligible to win a free MP3 player, you will need to provide this information at the end of the survey.  Each name and e-mail address will be entered in the drawing once. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received, and completing the survey multiple times does not increase the chance of winning.

We expect that completing the survey will take about 5-7 minutes.
