Request Form: Live ETUDES NG Course Site

Faculty who plan to teach any course (fully online, hybrid, or enhanced) using ETUDES for the FALL quarter must submit this online form for EACH live course site requested.

The Request deadline is Thursday, July 10th at noon in order to have your live course site set up by Friday, July 25th.

A live course site for any request submitted after July 10th may not get set up until mid-September.

2. Do you want a course site for a single course section or for multiple course sections?

A single section course site only allows students enrolled in one section to login.

A multiple sections "combined" course site allows students enrolled in multiple sections to login to the same course site. (See Advantages and Disadvantages) Required Question

3. List the course ID, section, and call number for the course you are assigned to teach.

For a course site with only a single section - Your new live course title tab in ETUDES NG will be based on the Course ID and Call Number that you provide here.
For a "combined" course site with multiple sections - Your new live course title tab in ETUDES NG will be based on the Course ID that you provide here. It will NOT have a Course Call Number in the title.

You can get the section number and call number for your course from your Faculty Portal and the online Foothill College Summer 2008 schedule.
