Coffee Cup Salute Form

NBC 10's Sunrise Coffee Cup Salute is a free service provided by the station that allows businesses and organizations to advertise products or upcoming events to the community. If your business or organization would like to participate in the salute, please fill out the form below. If you have a specific date in mind, please indicate in the e-mail. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Once a date is confirmed, submit two coffee cups three weeks in advance. We can also use hats, T-shirts, your product or items with your logo if you prefer. Please prepare a brief paragraph describing your business or event and submit it with the cups or other items. Please include a contact person's name and phone number in case we have a question. Coffee cups will not be returned.

Please limit coffee cup salute requests to one per year. Charitable organizations' fundraising events are limited to two salutes per year.

NBC 10's Sunrise Coffee Cup Salute is a free service provided by the station that allows businesses and organizations to advertise products or upcoming events to the community. By clicking this checkbox, you have acknowledged that you have filled out the request form above at least 10 weeks before your requested date.  You understand that we will make every effort to accommodate your requested date(s).
Once your date is confirmed, you understand that you must submit two coffee cups to WJAR, 23 Kenney Drive, Cranston RI 02920 at least three weeks in advance. When mailing the cups, please make sure that the cups are well wrapped and boxed to eliminate breakage.
You understand that you must also prepare a brief paragraph describing your business or event and submit it with the cups. Please include a contact person's name and phone number in case we have a question. Coffee cups will not be returned.
Coffee cup salute requests are limited to once per year per organization. Charitable organizations' fundraising events are limited to two salutes per year.
