Survey Overview

Welcome to the TV Viewing Survey

Researchers at Lancaster University are currently involved in a European wide research and development project which aims to develop new Internet based TV services using P2P (peer to peer) technology. This project was recently featured on the BBC News web site - Europe Funds Internet TV Standard.

The purpose of this short questionaire is to obtain some initial information relating to current TV viewing habits.

The survey is organised into three short sections, each taking only 2 - 3 minutes to complete:

Viewing Habits: How much TV/video do you watch, on what devices and in what locations?
Equipment: What TV equipment and services do you use on a regular basis?
Online Services: What online and interactive services do you use?

The results of this survey will be used to help define further topics of investigation through focus groups and workshops.
