FGS Trip Survey Form

Kentucky Genealogical Society is planning to offer round-trip motorcoach transportation to the Federation of Genealogical Societies 2010 Annual Conference in Knoxville, TN, scheduled for August 18-21, 2010. Round-trip fares will be $95 for KY Genealogical Society or KY Historical Society members and $105 for non-members.

If you think you would be interested in utilizing this service, please provide us with some information for planning purposes. Responding to this survey will not obligate you in any way, nor will it reserve a place for you on the bus. If you provide us with your contact information at the bottom of this survey, we will contact you when we are ready to begin taking reservations (after March 30, 2010.)

All other arrangements for the FGS 2010 Conference, including conference registration and lodging reservations, must be made separately, and are not included in this transportation service.
